These terms explain how you may use Flopo Learning Ltd and what you can expect from us.
By creating an account, starting a subscription, buying digital content or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Flopo Learning Ltd provides digital early years activity resources, planning support and related content for adults working with or caring for children aged 0–4.
Our content is designed to support planning, observation and adult decision-making. It does not replace professional judgement, safeguarding duties, statutory requirements, medical advice or direct supervision of children.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a subscription.
You are responsible for making sure that your use of Flopo Learning Ltd is appropriate for your setting, role, child, group of children and local requirements.
Flopo Learning Ltd may include activity guides, themed packs, EYFS-linked planning support, ethos adaptations, safety notes, materials lists and other digital resources.
We aim to keep our content accurate, useful and appropriate. We may update, add, remove or adapt content over time.
We do not guarantee that every activity will be suitable for every child, group, setting or home environment.
Some Flopo Learning Ltd content is available through a paid subscription.
Subscription fees are shown clearly before you pay. Payments are taken through our payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.
Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it before your next billing date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account area or by contacting us at info@flopo.co.uk.
Cancelling stops future payments. It does not normally create a refund for the current billing period.
Flopo Learning Ltd provides digital content. Once your payment is complete, you may receive immediate access to paid content.
Because access begins straight away, payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
Before paid access begins, we ask you to agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day cancellation right once access starts.
This does not affect your legal rights. For example, you may still have rights if digital content is faulty, not as described, unavailable, or we cannot supply what you paid for.
If you believe there is a problem with your subscription or digital access, contact us at info@flopo.co.uk. We will review the issue and respond fairly.
We may offer trials, introductory prices or discounts.
Where we do this, we will explain the price, length of the offer and renewal terms before you sign up.
Unless stated otherwise, a discounted or trial subscription will renew at the standard subscription price after the offer period ends.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
You must not share your account with other people unless your subscription clearly allows this.
You must tell us if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend or close an account if we believe it is being misused, shared beyond the permitted use, used to copy or redistribute content, or used in a way that could harm Flopo Learning Ltd or other users.
You may use Flopo Learning Ltd resources for your own personal, professional, childcare, educational or setting-based planning.
You may print or save resources for your own use or for use within your own setting.
You must not:
If you want to use Flopo Learning Ltd content across a larger organisation, group, franchise, training course or commercial product, contact us first.
Flopo Learning Ltd activities must always be led, adapted or supervised by a responsible adult.
You are responsible for checking that materials, spaces, tools, food items, natural objects and activities are safe and suitable before use.
You must consider each child’s age, stage of development, allergies, medical needs, sensory needs, mobility, communication, behaviour, cultural context and level of adult support required.
Any safety notes we provide are general guidance only. They do not replace your own risk assessment, safeguarding procedures, first aid knowledge, professional policies or statutory duties.
Activities involving babies, toddlers or young children should never be treated as independent tasks unless it is clearly safe and appropriate to do so.
Flopo Learning Ltd content may refer to the Early Years Foundation Stage, areas of learning, observation, planning, safeguarding awareness and inspection realities.
These references are provided to support adult planning and reflection. They are not legal advice, inspection advice, compliance certification or a guarantee of Ofsted outcomes.
You remain responsible for meeting any statutory, regulatory, safeguarding, welfare, curriculum, employment or professional requirements that apply to you or your setting.
Flopo Learning Ltd may include adaptations inspired by approaches such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Forest School or Steiner/Waldorf.
These adaptations are provided as optional ways to shape the same activity. They are not endorsements, certifications or claims that an activity fully represents any particular educational philosophy.
Ethos adaptations must not override safeguarding, welfare, EYFS or setting-specific requirements.
We aim to keep Flopo Learning Ltd available and working well.

Subject to that, Flopo Learning Ltd is provided to support adult planning and decision-making. We are not liable for loss, injury, damage, regulatory issues, inspection outcomes, business interruption, lost income, lost data or indirect losses arising from how resources are interpreted, adapted or used.
You are responsible for supervising children, assessing risk, following safeguarding procedures and making professional or parental decisions in context.
We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, misuse the website, fail to pay, share restricted content without permission, or use Flopo Learning Ltd in a way that may harm children, other users, the website or our business.
Where reasonable, we will explain the reason.
We may update these terms from time to time.
